Honestly, my first con experience did not turn out to be a very good one, we left the meeting place late due to a friend demanding
I do some alterations to a reworked costume I had originally created for her, so we missed the costume contest registration
by a long shot, and got lost on the way to boot. The con was unbelievably hot and after we had paid our registration fee,
we realized that the con was so disorganized that nobody was even checking for the armbands or badges. To say the least, it
was irritating. When someone stopped us to take some pics, my soda was stolen from where I set it down. We did, however meet
some very nice people at the con itself, including the owners of several ML's for con pics and florida cosplayers. After a
while, we decided to change out of the Utena costumes into something a bit less stuffy, so we showed back up in Fushigi Yugi
gear. After wandering around a lot, we all decided the con was just not too interesting and decided to go home, however this
sparked a lot of interest for us to continue in the world of cosplay.
